Elisa Audo

I was diagnosed with blood cancer in May of 2020 when the world was shut down because of COVID-19 and fear was rampant. I decided right then that this would be the catalyst for my spiritual transformation and used laser focus to elevate my frequency from fear to freedom.

I describe myself as a joyologist because I am focused on helping people live healthier, more joyful lives, particularly those navigating cancer. After graduating with a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, my passion for creating peace led me to join the Peace Corps where I served as a health volunteer in Honduras. Several years later I received an MA from the United Nation's Mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. Inspired by our ability to heal and progress, I earned a Ph.D. in Transformative Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

I employ multiple modalities when working with people as I have been trained as a wellness coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals, a holistic cancer coach through the Center for Advancement of Cancer Education, a yoga teacher, massage therapist, Reiki Master healer, hypnotherapist, Feng Shui consultant through the West Coast Academy of Feng Shui, and energy healer in various modalities. I bring insights gained from years of meditation and over 12 years of spiritual practice in a Kundalini Trika Shaivism tradition. A dual citizen with Sweden, I am originally from the East Bay in California and I feel blessed to live on Kauai with my family and labrodoodle.
