Breathing Your Way to Freedom & Joy: Meditations, Visualizations & Breathing Practices

PACMAN Meditation: A High Vibe Healing Visualization ​

Instructions:

Take 10-20 minutes to practice this visualization twice daily for best results. Once you become comfortable with the structure, you can do this on you own without listening to the 15-minute guided visualization.

 

  1.  Picture the area being healed: You may wish to look up online images of the area in your body so you are clear about what it looks like perfectly healthy, so you hold that healthy image during the visualization. Since I was diagnosed with a type of blood cancer, I looked up pictures of healthy blood, white blood cells and immune cells such as killer t-cells.

  2. Choose a healing mantra: This phrase should be something short and sweet in the present tense that you will repeat such as “I am healthy, I am whole, I am healed.” Write down your healing mantra and use it for each meditation.

  3.  Elevate positive emotions: During the visualization your aim is to achieve a state of joy and gratitude. It is important you feel this in your body and these are not just a thoughts or words in your mind. You may feel elated, deeply moved, or incredibly blessed, so much so that you want to shout it from the rooftops or prostrate on the ground in thanks. Smiling is one way to induce a sense of joy, it can help you “fake it till you make it,” so practice smiling during the meditation.
